Maximising Space with a Rear Dormer Bungalow Conversion

This expansive project demonstrates the incredible potential held within a single-storey property. Converting a bungalow loft is one of the most effective ways to double your living space, and by utilising a full-width Rear Dormer, we were able to create an entirely new, functional floor.

The conversion successfully added a significant amount of accommodation, delivering a total of three new rooms and two new bathrooms within the former attic space. This includes a luxurious master suite, a further double bedroom, and a flexible third room, plus a main bathroom alongside the en-suite. This transformation has not only accommodated a growing family but has also substantially increased the property’s market value, essentially turning a bungalow into a large, two-storey family home.
