Hip-to-Gable & Rear Dormer Conversion

This extensive loft conversion on a semi-detached property transformed a tricky hipped roof into a large, usable second floor. By combining a Hip-to-Gable extension with a full-width Rear Dormer, we maximised the available internal volume, overcoming the space restrictions typical of this house type. The result is a luxurious and highly functional master suite, featuring a spacious bedroom flooded with natural light. The new floor also incorporates a modern en-suite shower room and a dedicated walk-in wardrobe, creating a high-end, private retreat. This successful project showcases the significant space and value that can be unlocked by this dual-dormer approach on a semi-detached home.
